We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and experienced Restoration Technician to join our growing team.
Position: Restoration Technician – Water, Mold & Fire Damage
Requirements:
* Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on restoration experience.
* IICRC certification preferred (WRT, ASD, AMRT, or FSRT).
* Experience in water extraction, structural drying, and moisture monitoring.
* Knowledge of mold remediation, containment setup, negative air pressure, and HEPA filtration.
* Experience with fire and smoke damage cleanup, soot removal, and deodorization.
* Ability to operate commercial restoration equipment, including dehumidifiers, air movers, air scrubbers, and extractors.
* Experience with selective demolition and proper PPE procedures.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Availability for emergency calls, weekends, and overtime when needed.
