30-35 Mins from Vail & Beaver Creek. Looking for a mature, clean, quiet tenant in a single family home in Red Cliff. Very peaceful quiet setting. Must have a winter worthy car with good tires for challenging access up a technical dirt road. This is a self contained space on the lower level of our home; 1 BR/1 BA plus a bonus flex room for studio/living. Partially furnished. Also a small kitchenette facility on lower level and W/D. I live on the upper levels with my 5 yr old daughter, dog and cat. Our general schedule is 7-4 work M-F - home in the mornings and evenings; am home on the weekends. Looking for $900 including all utilities and a deposit of the same.No smoking, vaping, incense. Emphasis on cleanliness. Potential for childcare trade and/or snow plowing. Available immediately. Would like to get a 6 month or longer lease but would possibly consider shorter.
