Hello, if you inherit estate you may want to sell it. What our company does is we repair the home and property for sale on the area real estate market. So after you remove the inherited items you want then you call us. After the contract to dispose the remaining items is signed then its label for disposal. It depends on how much is to be removed your final quote. That’s determined by your itemized list. A video may be asked for by our office. Also a task list for example you may add to the task list paint all bedrooms or pressure wash rear deck. Items on task list will add more labor costs to your initial total. 80 percent of total costs are required for us to start. Most jobs are $3000 minimum so $2400 down and $600 at completion.
