I am looking for an experienced and reliable computer repair technician for an urgent, one-time repair job.
I work remotely as a software engineer. Two company-issued laptops stopped working last month, and the power supply unit in my desktop computer has also failed.
The technician will need to:
• Diagnose and repair two non-working laptops
• Diagnose the desktop computer and replace the power supply unit if necessary
• Preserve all existing data and company security settings
• Obtain approval before wiping, reinstalling, or replacing major components
