will work directly with any model of the Xbox 360—including the original "Fat" models, the Xbox 360 S (Slim), and the Xbox 360 E—because all of them have a built-in infrared (IR) receiver on the front panel. Please note that it operates on standard infrared light, so you just need a clear line-of-sight between the remote and the front of the console for it to function.
Sold as is - a couple buttons did fade a little that's the only flaw
