Animal caretaker/Houseman/Groundskeeper wanted for a private estate. Work part time in exchange for a furnished bedroom and private bathroom with all utilities included. You should be a person of unquestioned character, with a verifiably impeccable background who knows how to cherish and respect a fine home. A person who understands and respects boundaries and household routines.
You can contribute by feeding pets at dinner time and weekend breakfast and dinner time. There are dogs, cats, some birds and even and farm animals. Hopefully, you will come to love these pets and they will love you. The ability to drive occasionally to and from LAX or ONT is necessary with a private vehicle. Car washing and detailing the cars on occasion. Trips to the veterinarian may be needed along with a keen eye for animal welfare is crucial. You must also be willing to clean poop daily and clean cages, tanks, enclosures as well as the ponds. You should know how to do minor electrical, plumbing and general repair. The total time investment will typically not exceed three or four hours a day, depending on weather. Hours exceeding 4 hours per day can be compensated and negotiated.
