Candidate should also have light construction skills such as demo, light framing, drywall repairs, maintenance and other various skills. Candidate will be skilled, hardworking, professional, and possessing a keen attention to detail. Must have experience operating light machinery, and own your own basic tools such as drills, saws, hammers etc. Must be able to work independently and have a mentality to help complete any work that needs done. The right candidate needs to be reliable, punctual, and communicate effectively with both customers and leadership.
