Project Description
The selected contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and incidentals necessary to prepare and paint the exterior of the Skokomish Wellness Center.
Services shall include, but are not limited to:
• Complete inspection of exterior surfaces
• Pressure washing and surface cleaning
• Scraping and removal of loose or peeling paint
• Surface preparation and sanding as needed
• Caulking of cracks and joints where appropriate
• Priming all repaired or bare surfaces
• Application of premium commercial-grade exterior paint
• Protection of landscaping, sidewalks, windows, roofing, and adjacent property
• Daily cleanup of work areas
• Final inspection and touch-up of all painted surfaces
The contractor shall identify any exterior repairs or deficiencies discovered prior to painting.
3. Contractor Qualifications
Interested firms shall provide:
• Company profile and years in business
• Washington State Contractor License number
• Proof of General Liability Insurance
• Proof of Workers' Compensation coverage
• Experience completing similar commercial or healthcare facility painting projects
• Three (3) professional references from comparable projects
• Safety record and safety program
• Estimated project schedule and availability
• Warranty information on workmanship and materials
