4ColorClub, a fast-turnaround print shop in Hayward, is hiring a full-time bindery worker. No experience needed — we will train the right person.
What you'll do:
- Fold, cut, score, collate, saddle-stitch, laminate, and pack printed materials
- Learn to operate our paper cutter, folder, and booklet-making equipment
- Check finished work for quality and keep the shop floor clean and organized
What we're looking for:
- Dependable with great attendance — we work on tight, same-day deadlines
- Able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
- Positive attitude and eager to learn a trade
Pay: $20–$24/hr, based on experience
Schedule: Full time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM. Overtime available during busy periods.
