Hello! My partner and I are seeking housing. We are currently on a month-to-month lease, so we are not in a rush for the right place.

- Health care professionals in our 40s (M&F) with dual income and no debt
- Credit scores > 800
- Responsible, clean/tidy, quiet, and can provide references from prior landlords
- Two pets: well-behaved standard poodle and cat (both are house-trained, no accidents, non-destructive, very chill)
- Outdoorsy, bike commuters, but we do have 1 car
Areas: NW near Forest Park, SE Portland, Ladd's Addition, Sellwood, Tabor, or NE Portland. We love the Forest Park area, Tabor, and Richmond areas, but very open to other areas.
