Two Quiet Full-Time Students + Well-Trained Dog Seeking a Peaceful Hom

Preferred area: We’re looking in western and southwestern San Francisco. The shaded area on the attached map shows the area we’re hoping to stay within, extending from the coast east to the red boundary line and south to the San Francisco–San Mateo County line. If your place is within or very close to this area, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re hoping to find a private room, studio, in-law, or similar space that is comfortable for two people and allows a dog.
A little about us:
We are quiet, responsible, and very low-key. We don’t drink, smoke cigarettes, vape, use marijuana, or party, and we don’t bring groups of people into our living space. Most of our time is spent studying, going to school, and enjoying the outdoors.
We both receive financial aid that allows us to comfortably cover our rent and everyday living expenses, and we are looking for a stable place where we can settle in and focus on school.
We also have a trained and very well-cared-for dog who is an important part of our family. She stays with us wherever we go, so we do not leave her home alone or unattended. She would not be left behind barking or disturbing anyone while we’re away.
We really value a peaceful, clean, respectful home and would be considerate of both the property and the people around us.
When we have free time, we especially enjoy taking our dog to Fort Funston and spending time around Ocean Beach, so we would love to find a place where we can stay for a while and truly feel at home.
