Donkey (intact) was abused prior to coming to us and will take treats from your hand, come up and sniff you, but has not let anyone touch him for more than a few seconds or so.
Mule is blind in his left eye (this happened before we got him) and is more willing to let you touch him. The more treats the more he tolerates. Leads well once you get a halter on him. Was told he could be ridden but we have never saddled him.
Dewormed 7/29/26. The are around 7 - 9 yrs old. We've had them both for about 2 years now and they have been together the entire time.
