Job Description:
We are hiring vehicle patrol officers for immediate openings. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Full-time and Part-time shifts are available after successfully completing the probation period. Post probationary bonus after probation period completion.
Requirements:
Valid CA Guard Card
Clean CA Driver's License (driving record will be verified)
Minimum 6 months vehicle patrol experience preferred, not necessary
Reliable transportation
Must be 21 or older
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English
Basic computer/smartphone skills
Job Responsibilities:
Patrol assigned routes at HOA and apartment communities in Orange County
Perform parking enforcement (citing and towing vehicles)
Conduct facilities checks and provide customer service
Report daily activities, including irregularities, damage, suspicious persons, or theft
Serve as a visible deterrent to crime
Submit end-of-shift reports to clients when necessary
