Appointment Setter — Flexible Side Opportunity
We are seeking a professional, persuasive, and personable Appointment Setter to make outbound calls and schedule Zoom appointments using provided phone numbers, scripts, available dates, and time slots.
This is a flexible, performance-based opportunity that may be a great fit for someone looking to earn extra income on their own schedule.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls using provided phone numbers and a prepared script.
Communicate professionally and confidently with potential clients.
Clearly explain the purpose of the appointment and answer basic questions.
Schedule and confirm Zoom appointments based on available dates and time slots.
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude throughout each interaction.
The ideal candidate is:
Charismatic, friendly, and confident on the phone.
Persuasive without being pushy.
Professional and articulate.
Comfortable making outbound calls.
Reliable, motivated, and self-directed.
Previous appointment-setting, sales, customer service, or phone experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
Compensation
$4 for every confirmed appointment.
No W-2 hourly wage; compensation is based on confirmed appointments.
Payments are made via Venmo after every 10 confirmed appointments.
Target workload: 10–25 appointments per week.
Work around your existing schedule — there is no traditional time clock.
Trial Period
All candidates selected for the position will participate in a 1-week trial period. Additional details, expectations, and procedures will be provided upon hiring.
