Mis Manos Montessori School is a small, close-knit Montessori community seeking a caring, creative, and enthusiastic Assistant Guide for our Lower Elementary Program, serving children ages 6–9.
We are looking for someone who values education, enjoys working with children, and encourages curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, and learning beyond the expected. The ideal candidate is collaborative, flexible, and excited to support children as they grow in independence and confidence. Experience in a Montessori environment is a strong plus!
Position Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Compensation: Hourly, based on experience
Age Group: Children ages 6–9
Qualifications
A valid fingerprint clearance card
Current First Aid and CPR certification
At least one year of experience working with children ages 6–9
A genuine interest in children's learning and development
A Bachelor's or an Associate's Degree
