Summary:
Roadrunner Lock & Safe is looking for a skilled, mechanically inclined professional who takes pride in solving complex problems and mastering their craft. As a Locksmith Field Technician, you'll work independently in the field diagnosing, repairing, installing, and servicing locks, safes, doors, keyless entry systems, and high security and restricted hardware for commercial and residential customers.
The Role:
This is not a repetitive, assembly-line job. Every day presents new challenges that require critical thinking, technical skill, and attention to detail. One morning you may be diagnosing a malfunctioning door operator, and that afternoon rebuilding a high-security cylinder or solving a complex hardware issue.
You'll spend your days in the field investigating mechanical security systems, identifying root causes, and delivering precise, lasting solutions. You'll use specialized tools and earn the trust of customers who rely on your knowledge to protect their people, property, and businesses. This is a role for someone who takes pride in solving difficult problems, mastering complex systems, and continually expanding their technical capabilities.
