One side has been completely torn up by a cat, the other side has signs of cat scratching but not torn through. Seats are very cushy/not hard? We went to a furniture store to get a new sofa and they all were harder than this one. Middle pillow not included. Heavy- I won't be able to help carry it so please plan accordingly and bring help.
