About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Roadside Assistance Operator to join our team. You’ll be on the front lines helping drivers in our community get back on the road safely, delivering top-notch customer service and skilled vehicle recovery.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to dispatch requests for roadside assistance (flat tires, jump-starts, lockouts, fuel delivery).
Safely operate and maintain a roadside service vehicle.
Communicate professionally and empathetically with stranded motorists.
Inspect vehicles daily and maintain accurate digital trip logs.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Previous towing, roadside assistance, or commercial driving experience preferred (will train the right candidate).
License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus, but not required).
Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 80 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Availability: Flexible schedule, including night, weekend, or on-call rotations.
