Private room for rent, totally separate from the main house, private entry. My partner and I live in the front part of the house, we share a brick wall but the entry ways have been renovated and blocked off. Across the hall is a shared bathroom you would share with another person living on the land in a detached room. There is an outdoor kitchen with a gas range stove and oven, a large prep sink, a refrigerator and a lot of appliances. Washer on site and a clothes line. There’s an orange tree and native plants watered by rain water, and the property relies on 60% solar. Outdoor shower and bath in addition to bathroom. There is a tiny house and a detached room across the way. We do not own the house but care for the property and are hoping to build some community here.
