This is a long-term work trade for someone seeking a PERMANENT home (2 year lease preferred).

Non-smoking, non-vaping, non-substance abusing property with great care taken to protect wildlife and environment.
All detergents, cleaners, soaps, personal products must be fragrance free and biodegradable
Owner needs all-round, general help with cleaning and maintaining personal living space and property.
Errands, garage organizing, help with RV project, taking trash cans to street, etc..
Must be comfortable and enjoy caring relationship with owner's 2 dogs.

Home much of the time to be available for unexpected tasks.
Be an excellent communicator
Have reliable transportation to do no more than 50 miles for errands per mo.(gas reimbursed if over 50 miles)
Pro-actively responsible-- looking for and taking care of things needing attention
Cooperatively responsive to owner's direction and schedule
Physically capable of climbing ladder, lifting boxes, thorough house cleaning
Help with listing and selling items online
Willing to wear mask when in owner's living space or car.
Free of any criminal history
Good credit rating definitely a plus.
Fingerprint clearance a plus.
