one of a kind made when Phantom started. It was sold on Barrett Jackson sometime around 2009 for a fund raiser and to get the phantom name out there. I bought this in 2017 for my wife and it ran fine. It has been sitting since then as she never "took" to it.
It needs some TLC, I can explain if you call me. Overall it is in great shape, never sat outside. Price is firm as it is pretty much a give a way price, I paid a lot. It has billet hubs, beautiful paint, leatherette grips and seat.
