My firm is developing computer executed algorithmic stock trading programs. I am looking for a student or other person living in Tucson to manage software for the trading program. The ime required is 10-12 hours per week/about 2 hours each week day morning.
The trading program starts running concurrent with the 9:30am opening hours of the New York Stock Exchange so trading begins here in Tucson at 6:30 am . The program must be set up for the day by 6:30am so work to set up the progrram would begin at 6:00 am and be finished by 8:00am.
Only about two hours in the early morning would be needed to set up the program. Time required for other program related work is flexible. A person who could manage the software and also do hands on live trading would be ideal.
Applicants must have basic knowledge of the stock market. Preference is for a person who has owned or traded stocks.
