š JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Automotive sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong motivation to sell and earn commissions
- Professional, friendly, and confident personality
- Ability to follow up with customers and close deals
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Strong work ethic, honesty, and positive attitude

- Greet customers and help them find the right vehicle
- Show vehicles and conduct test drives
- Answer customer questions professionally
- Follow up with internet leads, phone calls, and walk-in customers
- Build customer relationships and generate repeat business
- Negotiate and close sales
- Assist customers throughout the purchasing and financing process
- Work toward monthly sales goals
- Maintain a professional and organized sales environment
