Maintenance person wanted for full-time position, Monday through Friday, at multiple property locations. Salary depending on experience.
Must have demonstrated APARTMENT TURNOVER experience to include HVAC, ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING SKILLS. Must have references to confirm experience in these areas.
SALARY: $18 TO $22 per hour, depending upon experience and qualifications. Salary is negotiable.
Seeking qualified individual who is motivated to work, able to take directions, manage time and can communicate with other staff.
Certification IS NOT required for turnkey services. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repair.
