What You’ll Be Doing
• all day-to-day maintenance operations
• service requests and work orders
• unit turns and make-readies
• Performing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
• Maintaining the property’s preventive maintenance program
• Working closely with property management to keep the community running efficiently
• Ensuring the property is maintained to company standards
Requirements
• Previous multifamily Maintenance Technician experience
• Reliable transportation
• Must have your own basic maintenance tools
