We are a mesquite-fired neighborhood bistro in the heart of Tucson. We focus on food inspired by Baja Arizona and the Sonoran desert. The heart of our kitchen is our mesquite fired hearth which we implement in number of ways to impart the flavor of smoke and fire into as many dishes as possible.
We are seeking dedicated professionals who want to work and function as a member of a strong back of the house team.

Experience
Previous experience line on multiple stations is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with food handling and sanitation practices is essential.
