Job Responsibilities
Light maintenance and room repairs
Bathroom touch‑ups, caulking, minor plumbing
Painting and paint touch‑ups
Fixing room items (doors, handles, fixtures, furniture, etc.)
General labor, cleanup, and assisting with tools
Must follow all safety rules

Requirements
Experience with basic construction or maintenance
Able to do painting, caulking, small plumbing fixes
Reliable transportation
Able to work consistently for the next 3 months
