Pay Grades:
First Few Weeks….
Level 1: Newbie Two Shoes - $18/hour
You don’t know anything, but you can follow instructions, show up on time, and make a decent pot of coffee.
After a Month or So…
Level 2: Storm Trooper - $20/hour
You now have a general idea of what is going on, you’re still stupid, but you can be trusted to perform minor to moderate tasks without constant supervision.
After a Few Months…
Level 3: Lieutenant Dan - $22/hour
You’re no longer stupid. You have mastered our build process, and can be trusted to construct a complete home properly from start to finish.
When the Time is Right…
Level 4: Master Builder - $25/hour
You can be given a set of plans for a new home that has never been built before, and execute it masterfully.

If you do have experience, and you feel that you already meet the criteria for one of the higher pay brackets then I will happily give you the opportunity to walk it like you talk it, and earn what you deserve.
My concern is attitude and corner cutting.
I’m not here to build crappy houses.
