We bought this refrigerator in 2017, and when it quit cooling in the fridge section, we called Sears service (who we bought it from). They charged us over $1000, and never fixed it. First they said it was a control board, which we bought new and replaced, no good. Then they said it was the compressor, which we replaced next, again no good. At that point we said no more repairs, we want a refund for the useless work performed. They only agreed to repay the parts cost (about $700). In the end they finally said it leaked out the R134 refrigerant in the "yoder loop" and couldn't be repaired. We will never do any business with any Sears operation again. The unit is in very good condition otherwise, with the new two parts installed. If you would like to have more pics, let me know.
