Looking for an experienced, reliable handyman to assist with maintenance and repairs at 6 short-term rental properties in the Catalina Foothills.
This is NOT a full-time or part-time position. Work is AS NEEDED and paid HOURLY — not per job.
• $30–$40/hour, depending on experience
• 1099 independent contractor
• General repairs & property maintenance
• HVAC experience preferred
• Must have own tools and reliable transportation
• Must be responsive and dependable
Work will vary based on property needs. We’re looking for someone local who can become our go-to person for one-off maintenance and repair needs as they arise.
