About the Role
We are seeking dependable General Laborers to support our crews on a variety of excavation, utility, concrete, and site development projects. This is a hands-on position for someone who is willing to learn and work hard.
Key Responsibilities
-Assist crews with daily construction activities
-Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
-Use hand and power tools safely
-Maintain clean and organized job sites
-Follow safety procedures and direction from foremen
Qualifications
-Construction experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
-Ability to perform physical labor outdoors
-Reliable with a strong work ethic
-Ability to work well with a crew
-Must be willing to learn and take direction
