Floor Technician Supervisor (Tucson)

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Floor Tech Supervisor to lead our floor care team and ensure all assigned areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and train floor technicians and cleaning staff.
Perform stripping, waxing, buffing, scrubbing, and carpet cleaning.
Operate and maintain floor care equipment safely and properly.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Ensure employees follow company policies and safety procedures.
Communicate effectively with management and customers.
Address and resolve cleaning or service issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Previous floor care or commercial cleaning experience required.
Supervisory or lead experience preferred.
Knowledge of floor care equipment, chemicals, and procedures.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
Ability to train and motivate employees.
Must be able to lift, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods.
Knowledge in Excel.
