11 - full panels and 1 cut panel
14 - poles, all useable, some bent slightly
1 - gate (2 parts)
No in ground stakes with poles. Fencing can be used on ground without stakes (desert digging not ideal) if balanced by corners or rounding - very heavy panels.
See Lowes prices for new. Value is over $650, not counting the poles, asking $300 or best reasonable offer.
