Luisyana Corporation, an independent FedEx Ground contractor, is expanding our Tucson delivery team and looking for safe, dependable, motivated individuals who take pride in their work.
We currently offer TWO DELIVERY PROGRAMS:
🚛 Company Vehicle Driver – Employee Position
🚗 Alternative Vehicle Program (AVP) – Independent Contractor
📍 Station Location: Near Palo Verde Rd & Valencia Rd, Tucson, AZ
🚫 No CDL Required
🚛 OPTION 1: COMPANY VEHICLE DRIVER
💰 Earn $700–$1,080+ per week
Join our team as a company driver and operate one of our delivery vehicles.
These are permanent positions — not seasonal jobs.
🚗 OPTION 2: ALTERNATIVE VEHICLE PROGRAM (AVP)
💵 EARN $2 PER DELIVERED STOP 📦 Up to 150+ stops per day 🤝 Independent Contractor Opportunity
Use your own qualified vehicle to deliver packages through our Alternative Vehicle Program.
You choose the workload you are available to handle, subject to route and package availability.
EARNING EXAMPLES:
• 75 stops = $150/day
• 100 stops = $200/day
• 125 stops = $250/day
• 150 stops = $300/day
Complete 150 stops and you can earn $300 for the day.
IMPORTANT AVP INFORMATION
AVP drivers are classified as independent contractors and use their own vehicles.
The $2-per-stop rate is the total compensation and is intended to cover the contractor's compensation as well as vehicle-related expenses, including:
• Fuel
• Mileage
• Maintenance and normal vehicle expenses
• Required insurance
• Other costs associated with operating your personal vehicle
AVP VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS:
• Vehicle must be 10 years old or newer
• Clean and reliable
• Suitable for package delivery
• Must meet applicable program requirements

✅ BASIC DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid driver’s license
• Good driving record with no DUIs or major violations
• Meet applicable background-screening requirements
• Meet applicable drug-screening/DOT requirements
• Strong commitment to safety and dependability
• Professional attitude and good customer service
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced delivery environment
• Able to safely handle and deliver packages throughout the workday
• Weekend availability preferred
Additional requirements may apply depending on whether you choose the Company Vehicle Driver or AVP Independent Contractor program.
