Bought this recently in a mixed lot of pro audio gear. Went through all of its inputs and outputs to confirm functionality, as well as MIDI. Applied contact cleaner to the pots. Everything checks out. Can you believe this was an $2500 device over 20 years ago?

Missing four knob caps, you can get generic replacements at Elliot electronics.

It plugs and plays with MacOS Catalina and the latest version of Logic for that OS. Can be made to work with a lot of things in Windows 10 and 11 apparently. Even Pro Tools.
