I have a v1 (unpatched) Nintendo Switch and a Zelda editiOn OLED that are running the latest official firmware plus customized with the latest Atmosphere CFW. These systems have 20 Switch games installed on their 128gb micro SD card. It has the new Pokémon Z-A, Mario Odyssey 1 and 2, Super Smash Bros Ultimate, Marvel Cosmic Invasion, Hollow Knight Silksong and lots of retro games. Each system has the original dock, wall charger and joycon controller. I am asking $220 for the v1 model and $320 for the Zelda OLED model. For the v1 switch you will need a way to trigger the CFW if the Switch is ever turned off. Something like an RCM jig, Tegra RCM (for PC) or Rekado (for phone). The OLED is chipped and ready to go.
