Tucson small business seeks bookkeeper who is experienced with QuickBooks Online and its AI features – receipt capture, ai assisted bank reconciliation, etc.
Initial task:
• Migrate Qbooks desktop to Qbooks online
• Setup Qbooks Customer Hub
• Train staff in Qbooks online so they have basic facility with its CRM features
Ongoing:
• Pay invoices
• Upload receipts using ai assistant tools
• Monthly bank rec
• Monthly financial reports
• Payroll ( < 10 employees)
• Interface with accountant for tax planning and preparation a few times per year
Long term, this is a part-time position. At the start, during the migration to Qbooks Online, it may be closer to full time for a while.
