TEMPERED GLASS!!!
Glass is top of the line dual pane Argon insulated and Low-E coated glass..
Just this glass alone sells at a minimum $2400. its top tear..
So I have 5 of them..
"Only 1 is set up with all the door hardware" Just needs a frame built.
(The other 4 panels are not set up with hardware. They are blank panels)...
THE BLANK PANELS WOULD MAKE ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL LARGE PICTURE WINDOWS...
To turn this into a window just notch out (4) 2x6's and build a frame around the existing panel. With a silicone seal..
The exterior is aluminum clad..
Interior is primed ready to paint wood.
Delivery available for $100 extra
as far as Green Valley to Marana To Vail to Kinny and ajo..
