Selling my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500. 4.7 OHC V8. I bought this truck in 2018. Had front end alignment checked and it was fine. Been the best truck I ever owned. Runs and drives like new. Had the airbags replaced under factory recall. Has good a/c and everything works. Cruise, P/S, P/B, P/W and door locks. Recently replaced the original water pump and a new radiator, thermostat, hoses, belt and coolant. Alternator was changed a couple years ago. Also I just did a tune up with new spark plugs and ignition coils. This truck needs nothing but a good home. 288,000 + miles but has lots of miles left on it. I've put over 100,000 miles on it. I love this truck and don't want to sell it but the engine is just not big enough to haul a 16' trailer full of all our stuff so I had to buy a truck with a bigger engine. Interior is nice with just a hole worn in the driver's seat from climbing in and out, and the center console lid is worn from arm resting on it. Comfortable truck to drive. The rear end was rebuilt just before I bought it and has a nice Kenwood radio with CD player. All works great. This is really a great running truck that I drive everyday to and from work and traveled out of town with. Never gives me problems and always starts. Will make a great truck for someone who doesn't need to tow a lot of weight. Can't say enough good things about this truck as it's the truck that turned me into a Dodge fan. I was always a GM fan, but not anymore. Wish I didn't have to sell it but we can't afford two trucks. So this one has to go. Still has the original paint except for the hood. Has new brake rotors and brake pads to go with it but need to be installed when the brakes wear out. Has bed liner. SLT package. Tires are like new. Spare is new. I maintain it with regular oil and filter changes. I've been a mechanic and engine builder for 45 years. No work is ever done half way or skimped on. I do repairs the right way. $4500 or best offer. Need to sell by end of month as we are moving out of state and have no way to take it with us.
