People First Employment Solutions is looking for motivated and dependable Mitigation Technicians to join a growing team working on residential and commercial restoration projects.
📍 Location: Tualatin, OR (report to the shop daily)
💲 Pay: $24.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, day shift, with on-call opportunities as needed
What you'll be doing:
✔️ Water, fire, mold, and storm damage mitigation
✔️ Demolition and debris removal
✔️ Setting up containment areas
✔️ Operating restoration equipment
✔️ Cleaning and preparing job sites
✔️ Loading and unloading equipment and materials
✔️ Following safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications:
✅ Previous mitigation, restoration, demolition, construction, or general labor experience preferred
✅ IICRC certifications are a plus
✅ Reliable transportation
✅ Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
✅ Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
