We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person, that can effectively communicate with customers and vendors. Starting focus will be Shipping/Receiving, followed by Inside Sales training.
You may be a good fit if you have some experience in Shipping/Receiving, Inside Sales (any industry), or have CNC/lathe knowledge.
Examples of some Responsibilities:
Receive and package orders, process in UPS Worldship
Interface with team members, customers, and vendors via phone, email, and in person. All in a positive, productive manner.
Local deliveries in company vehicle
Organize and maintain our office / warehouse environment.
Computer processing of quotes and sales orders using ERP distribution software.
Willingness to learn and assist in more than just one aspect of our organization. We will train you for as many aspects as you are comfortable learning (shipping, receiving, sales, purchasing, accounting...)
Requirements
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Windows computing experience. MS operating system, Outlook, web browsers, etc.
Comfortable assisting customers via phone, email, or at our Front Counter.
Lift 20-50lbs.
Valid Driver's License.
