About the Role:
Willamette Power Roofing is expanding our field crew for the busy summer season! We are looking for reliable, hard-working crew members to join our roofing, pressure washing and waterproofing teams. We offer consistent hourly work and the opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects across Portland.
Key Responsibilities:
Roofing: Installation and repair of various systems, including composition shingles, cedar shakes, and TPO/torch-down membranes.
Waterproofing: Applying membranes and sealants to roof surfaces and problem areas to ensure high-performance protection.
Site Support: Assisting with tear-offs, debris removal, and ensuring job site safety (using harnesses and safety lines).
Maintenance: Performing roof and gutter cleaning, moss treatments, and minor repairs.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in roofing (shingles, TPO, or torch-down) or waterproofing is highly preferred but not required for all levels.
Physical Stamina: Ability to work on ladders, at heights, and in PNW summer weather conditions.
Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are critical as we ramp up for peak season.
Certifications: Fall protection certification or a valid driver’s license is a plus.
