Tualatin Station Bar & Grill is looking for a reliable, professional **DPSST-trained and certified Security/Bouncer** to join our team for weekend nights.
**Pay:**
**$19–$25/hour**, dependent on experience and work history.
**Responsibilities Include:**
* Front door security and ID monitoring
* Crowd control
* Situation de-escalation
* Monitoring the inside and outside of the bar
* Helping maintain a safe environment for customers and staff
* Assisting with closing duties and ensuring the property is cleared and secure
* Working closely with bartenders and management when issues arise
**We are looking for someone who:**
* Is **DPSST trained and certified**
* Has strong situational awareness
* Can be firm and professional without unnecessarily escalating situations
* Is dependable and consistently on time
* Is comfortable working in a busy late-night bar environment
* Communicates well with customers, staff, and management
* Understands that the goal is to **prevent and de-escalate problems**, not create them
