Available for sale - One (1) Hap Jacobs 9'6" long board. Approx 30 years old and never surfed. Personally signed by the legendary So Cal surfboard shaper Hap Jacobs (1930-2021). Rare collector's piece used solely as display artwork. Original owner. This striking red and black long board features classic cream/gold pinstriping, highly decorative wood fin and tail block along with his classic diamond logo.
Hap Jacobs was one of the most influential pioneers of Southern California surfboard shaping. He partnered with Dale Velzy during the formative years of the modern surfboard industry before establishing Jacobs Surfboards in Hermosa Beach around 1960.
