The original 14 page Scrap Book insert is new condition, no bends or creases, including a 3 page introduction by the band and concert photos.
The DVD retention hub "button" is broken, but the hub holds the disc firmly in place. It was manufactured to hold the DVD too tight and the disc was almost impossible to remove from the case. The first time I removed the disc, the button broke, and a small hairline crack appeared at the center of the DVD. However, it doesn't affect the function or playability of the disc. Otherwise in very nice overall condition.
