My name is Tim Mackey. I've spent over 50 years helping people ages 10 and above learn to play Guitar, Banjo, Mandolin and Violin. Even if you've never picked up an instrument before, or you're coming back after many years, I'd love to help you reach your goals. Whether your interests are classical, country, folk, bluegrass, jazz, rock, or metal, lessons are tailored to the music you enjoy.

See actual students playing with me during lessons here:

As both a professional performer and teacher, I enjoy sharing the knowledge and techniques I've developed throughout my musical career.

Hear me play on all 4 instruments I teach, and read my full BIO at this website:

Current lesson pricing is $45 per half hour. I accept Cash, Zelle or PayPal.

Call or text me at 503-348-1957 to discuss your goals schedule your first lesson.
