Experienced Executive Housekeeper for a family in Westlake Village
Position: Full-Time / Long-Term

We are a warm, professional family seeking an exceptional, experienced, and detail-oriented estate housekeeper to join our household on a long-term basis.
We are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work, has excellent organizational skills, and understands the level of care and attention required to maintain a beautiful private residence.
The ideal candidate is reliable, trustworthy, hardworking, discreet, and proactive, with a positive attitude and a desire to become a valued, long-term member of our household.
Responsibilities:
- Thorough daily cleaning and upkeep of the residence, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas
- Complete laundry care - including washing, drying, folding, ironing, steaming, and properly putting away clothing and linens
- Careful handling of clothing and household linens
- Changing bed linens and maintaining beautifully organized bedrooms and closets
- Detailed cleaning and proper care of furnishings, natural stone, hardwood floors, and specialty surfaces
- Maintaining organized closets, drawers, cabinets, and household spaces
- Deep cleaning and rotating household cleaning tasks as needed
- Keeping the home consistently clean, tidy, and beautifully maintained
- Taking initiative and identifying tasks that need attention without constant direction
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of professional housekeeping experience in high-end private residence or estate home
- Strong preference for candidates with a history of long-term employment with private families
- Excellent laundry, ironing, and garment-care skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and high personal standards
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and follow household preferences and instructions AND ability to work as a team with other household staff
- Dependable, punctual, organized, and professional
- Respectful of family privacy and confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills and a pleasant, cooperative attitude
- Verifiable professional references from previous private household employers
- Willingness to complete a background check
