Looking for test prep teachers for Osaka Campus, specifically for IELTS, TOEIC, and TOEFL.

English Innovations is a test prep school with several branches around the country. Our mission is to help students get the score necessary to achieve their goals, whether they be admitted into universities abroad, qualifying for prestigious schools within Japan, meeting a job requirement, or even just studying academic English as a hobby. Our students report high satisfaction with our program for one clear reason: their target scores are tangible results, and we understand how to achieve them.
We seek an intelligent and creative instructor for our test preparation classes, specifically for the TOEIC, IELTS, and TOEFL exams. Experience is preferred, but we are happy to teach you all the skills necessary to succeed as an English test prep teacher. Our school is open Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. We are primarily looking for someone to cover our Monday - Thursday night classes - 7:30pm to 10:00pm.

Requirements:
- Native speaker of English
- University Bachelor's Degree (or higher)
- Currently residing in Japan, and must have a valid visa status that allows you to live in Japan.
- Strong interest in teaching English (TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS) to Japanese students.
- Have at least two years of English teaching experience
Conditions:
- Location: Osaka
- Pay rate：¥2,400/hour for the first 3 months, probation period. Increased to ¥2,700/hour after the 3 month probation period depending on performance.
- Training period (20 hours for each test maximum) paid at half rate, ¥1,200/hour
- Hours schedule:
Sundays: 10:00 - 15:40
Weekdays: Tuesday and Thursday Late afternoons 16:45 - 19:15
Monday to Thursday Evenings: 19:30 - 22:00 (We are primarily looking for these hours to be filled.)
- Intensive Hours schedule:
Special Seasonal Intensive classes offered Winter, Spring and Summer Monday - Friday 9:00A.M. to 4:15P.M. = 32.5 hours total (more explanation during interview)
- Transportation costs will be covered at ¥1,000 per day.
This is NOT a short-term for of employment. A minimum of one-year commitment is required from the candidate.
