WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Do what you do every day except this time you'll be working for yourself not by yourself
Lead and perform hands-on work based in your designed trade throughout all phases of construction
Assisting company in taking ownership of the day-to-day work on site
Direct and support crew members, Possibly subcontractors if needed hopefully not that's the plan
Identify and resolve construction challenges in real time
Lead and follow all job site safety requirements and company procedures
Help maintain an organized, clean safe job site environment
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR SKILLED PROFESIONALS
CARPENTERS
ELECTRICIANS,
HVAC INSTALLERS,
BOILER TECHS
PLUMBING WATER SOURCE HEATPUMP INSTALLERS
WELDER
7 years of journeyman experience you can prove on your resume
5 years for apprentices
Strong understanding of residential construction and job site sequencing
Ability to read and work from plans and specifications
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Organized, dependable, and able to take ownership of responsibilities
Team-oriented with a willingness to help others and share knowledge
Comfortable communicating directly with clients and representing the company with professionalism
Reliable transportation to get to the office
POSITION DETAILS
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40-$50 per hour This is your base pay depending on experience
Main Location Paso Robles pilot location Cambria
Schedule: Monday–Friday,9AM–5:30 PM (40 hours/week)
