Holiday Lighting Creations is hiring TWO dependable part-time yard sign installers for immediate seasonal work across Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, and Mesa.
We already have the signs and will provide assigned routes and installation instructions. We're especially interested in people with previous experience placing real estate, political campaign, directional, or advertising yard signs. Delivery-route or independent field-work experience is also valuable.
PAY & SCHEDULE
• $17–$20/hour depending on experience
• Paid trial shift for finalists
• Flexible part-time, with concentrated shifts beginning immediately and work planned through approximately December 1
• Vehicle-use and expense arrangements explained before hire
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Drive assigned routes and install 18 x 24-inch yard signs at authorized locations
• Use a phone app to follow routes and log a quick photo/GPS check-in at each completed stop
• Report inaccessible, unsafe, or unapproved locations instead of installing there
• Work independently and keep in touch with the route manager
REQUIREMENTS
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
• Smartphone with GPS, working camera, and mobile data
• Reliable attendance, good communication, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working outdoors and installing signs with metal stakes
